This machine uses a servo motor to control the continuously running conveyor belt. Once a bottle is detected, the filling head synchronously tracks and moves with the bottle to perform the filling process. After filling, the head returns to the starting position to await the next bottle, repeating the cycle for continuous, tracking-style filling.
During operation, no liquid overflows and bottles remain stable, making it especially suitable for high-precision full-bottle filling applications.
The system features gear pump metering with adjustable speed, offering a wide filling range and high accuracy.

Equipment composition:
The gear pump mainly consists of gears, shafts, pump body, pump cover, bearing sleeves, and shaft seals. The gears undergo nitriding treatment, resulting in high hardness and excellent wear resistance. They operate together with the shafts inside replaceable bearing sleeves.
All internal components are automatically lubricated by the conveyed medium during the pump's operation, ensuring smooth and reliable performance without the need for external lubrication systems.
