Product Description

Popping Boba is a small spherical food with a unique taste. Its outer layer is a sugar coating made of water-soluble gel and other raw materials, which has a certain elasticity, and the inside is wrapped with liquid or suspension filling. When eaten, the teeth break the outer sugar coating, and the inner filling will burst out instantly, bringing a strong flavor impact. It is commonly found in candies, baked foods, drinks, etc., and can add rich taste levels and flavor experience to food.

Production Steps:
 

★   Prepare inner core materials and forming liquid: Wrap the inner core materials (water chestnut, oat, highland barley, red bean, oat) with inner core powder, then roll and sieve into spheres. Mix tapioca flour, trace elements and water, cook to make forming liquid.

★   Add the spherical inner core materials and forming liquid into the pre-forming machine, fully mix them, then quickly import them into the forming machine for continuous reaction. After the reaction is completed, an elastic film will form on the surface of the inner core balls.

★   Clean, sieve and cook the finished popping boba, and select those that meet the size requirements.

★   Carry out primary packaging, which can use multi-head weigher + gear pump + bag feeding packaging machine for soft bag packaging, or use multi-head weigher + follow-up filling machine + vacuum sealing machine for tin can filling.

★    Use a pasteurization axe for high-temperature sterilization. After sterilization, the product can be kept in a refrigerated environment for 12 months.

★   Carry out secondary packaging for the products, including labeling, coding, cartoning, box sealing and palletizing.
