The MG230-6C fully automatic filling machine is a piston metering filling machine. The whole machine has an in-line structure. It uses a servo mechanism to drive multiple pistons to reciprocate. It cooperates with the reversal of the three-way rotary valve to complete the process of sucking materials from the material box to filling. The loading head discharges materials to achieve high-precision filling. The whole machine is designed and uses sanitary valves according to the requirements of the food industry. The material box is equipped with a spray ball. The piston can automatically de-cylinder. It has a reflux pump for cycle cleaning. The parts in contact with the material have no dead corners and are easy to clean. It adopts PLC control and touch screen human-machine interface, which is easy to operate. It is suitable for filling concentrated juice, jam (strawberry, grapefruit, yellow peach, pineapple, etc.), sauce, fructose, fruit pulp and other fluid materials. It is an ideal choice for the food industry. The preferred filling equipment for glass bottles, plastic bottles, and tinplate cans.

Equipment composition:
The piston automatic filling machine mainly consists of the following parts:
1. Filling frame: bracket and operation panel, etc., used to support and operate the filling machine.
2. Filling head: including piston, cylinder, valve, etc., used to realize filling and quantitative control of materials.
3. Pneumatic system: including air source, pneumatic valve, cylinder and other parts, used to realize the coordinated work of all parts of the filling machine.
4. Electrical control system: including mechanical system, human-machine interface system, electrical components and other parts, used to realize the automation and intelligence of the filling machine.
Features:
1. It adopts PLC programming control and a double-screw transmission mechanism driven by a servo motor to drive the piston movement through the lifting beam, ensuring the high precision of the piston movement stroke and achieving precise filling.
2. The arc bottom material box is equipped with two spray balls, liquid level detection and sanitary pneumatic feed stop valve. All pipeline connections are quick-installation clamps, and there are no sanitary dead corners. (The optional spiral belt mixing can be set to run in forward and reverse directions at a fixed time, which is suitable for uniform mixing of granular materials and reducing filling errors)
3. During cycle cleaning, the piston reciprocates in the cylinder liner, and the cleaning liquid in the material box is discharged through the filling head, which can preliminarily clean the entire filling channel. It can also be operated manually to automatically separate the piston from the cylinder liner, flush the piston manually, and then return the piston to its original position to wait for filling.
4. The filling head lifting mechanism driven by the servo electric cylinder. The speed and position of the filling head rising and falling can be set independently. Various filling methods can be realized according to different bottle types and material characteristics, such as inserting into the bottom of the bottle. The filling edge rises (reduces foam and prevents overflow), non-submersible filling of wide-mouth bottles (increases output), etc. The cylinder bottle clamping structure blocks the bottle mouth to ensure that the filling head is aligned with the bottle mouth. After filling is completed, the bottle clamping mechanism retracts, and the liquid trough returns to the bottom of the filling head to prevent materials from dripping out of the bottle mouth. The hose connecting the filling head and the three-way valve is an imported food-grade hose with a temperature resistance of -40ºC-+140ºC.
5. The stainless steel frame of the whole machine and the parts in contact with the material are all made of SUS304 stainless steel. The material box and pipe valve can be made of 316L material. The bottle filling area is separated from other parts by a closed tempered glass door and stainless steel plate. In this space An optional 100-level laminar flow hood can be installed above to maintain positive pressure in the filling space and ensure the cleanliness of the filling space.
6. The water tank under the filling head is equipped with a circulation pump, which can realize CIP cycle cleaning.
7. It adopts Delta brand programmable controller, touch screen, Delta servo drive system, frequency converter, French Schneider low-voltage electrical appliances, SICK photoelectric sensors, German Igus brand sliding bearings, and Taiwan Airtac pneumatic components to make the whole machine more reliable. It has more advantages in stability, reliability and service life.
