Equipment Composition

The equipment is mainly composed of a heating system, stirring device, depositing head, and mold conveyor line:

 

• The heating system maintains chocolate in a liquid state at 40-55ºC.
• The stirring device ensures uniform mixing of raw materials.
• The depositing head precisely controls the flow rate, injecting preset quantities into molds, supporting single-point or multi-point simultaneous depositing.
• The mold conveyor line works with the cooling system to quickly shape the chocolate.
