A sterilization kettle is mainly used to sterilize foods, canned goods, and any food that needs high-temperature treatment to make them last longer. It uses steam under pressure as the heat source, which has these benefits: large heating area, high energy efficiency, even heating, short boiling time for liquids, and easy temperature control.
Equipment composition:
The sterilizing pot is mainly composed of a pot body, a lid, an opening device, a locking block, a safety interlocking device, a track, a sterilization frame, a steam nozzle, and several nozzles.
Features:
1 This equipment is divided into upper and lower layers. The upper tank is a hot water tank. This tank is equipped with a heating device according to the situation. This heating tank is mainly used to preheat and maintain normal temperature water.
2. The lower tank is the processing tank, and the heating and cooling of sterilization are carried out in this tank.
3. After the sterilization is completed, the high-temperature water is pumped to the upper tank by the circulating pump. With the heating device, it can maintain a certain high-temperature state and reduce the temperature increase point of the sterilization water, thereby reducing heat consumption.
4. The circulation of water in the upper and lower tanks of this equipment is realized by water pumps, changing the traditional circulation through reverse pressure difference, which plays an important role in product protection.
5. The cooling pump adopts a high-lift and large-flow water pump to shorten the cooling time and better maintain the taste of the product.
6. This equipment adopts fully automatic (semi-automatic) control, and the temperature rise and preservation of pressure are controlled by automatic (manual) valves.
