The spheronizing machine, also known as the sugar-coating machine, has a simple structure and is easy to use and maintain. By rotating the coating pot clockwise, the grain particles are continuously and complexly tumbling and sliding in the pot, and then the core powder is manually poured into the pot. After tumbling, the core powder is evenly distributed on the particles to form uniform coated particles.

The motor drives the round pot to tilt and rotate, and the object is driven to tilt. Circular motion, the main material moves evenly on the coating material, and the product particles after rounding are round and full.

Features:
1. This series of machines is a one-way, low-speed continuous rotating coating equipment. The main motor is driven by a belt to the worm gear to drive the pot rotation.
2. There is an adjustment handwheel in the middle of the machine, which can adjust the tilt angle of the sugar-coating pan according to the particle loading and material characteristics.
