Product Description

Color Ball Pouring Molding Machine Overview

The system is designed with a layout of 6 pouring units. This contract includes three pouring units, with the structure and space reserved for expanding an additional three pouring units.

After the color balls are poured into the calcium water tank for preliminary forming, they enter the receiving tank. By opening different valves as selected, the color balls and calcium water in the receiving tank are returned to the corresponding calcification tanks.
Three calcification tanks with a capacity of approximately 1500 L each collect calcium water and color balls in a time-sharing manner, with switching every 20 minutes.
 In the first 20 minutes, calcium water and color balls flow into Tank 1.
In the second 20 minutes, calcium water and color balls flow into Tank 2, while the color balls in Tank 1 complete 20 minutes of continuous calcification.
In the third 20 minutes, calcium water and color balls flow into Tank 3, the color balls in Tank 2 complete 20 minutes of continuous calcification, and the color balls in Tank 1 are discharged, undergo solid-liquid separation, and are then transferred to the subsequent process.
 The feeding, discharging of the three tanks and the circulation of calcium water are manually operated by selecting the corresponding valves and pumps on the touch screen.

Equipment Features

1.Each pouring unit is equipped with a set of servo-driven piston dosing and cylinder-reversing pouring devices, with one material tank on each side. The material tanks are fitted with material level detection and feed valves. Each pouring head contains 228 piston rods, with a adjustable pouring volume within 2 ml per head, and both pouring speed and suck-back speed are adjustable. Each pouring unit includes one pouring mold plate (customized according to customer requirements as a 4-cavity mold plate with 3 mm holes, which can produce 912 color balls per pouring cycle).

2.The pouring device is electrically adjustable for lifting. The distance between the pouring holes and the calcium water trough is adjustable from 50 to 200 mm. 
The pouring device can rotate along the lifting axis; after rotating 90° away from the working position, it is convenient for cleaning, replacement and maintenance of the pouring mold plate. 
Each pouring unit is equipped with one pouring mold plate (customized as a 4-cavity mold plate with 3 mm holes according to customer requirements).

1.The three calcification tanks have dimensions of 1500(L) × 1000(W) × 1000(H) mm, with a volume of approximately 1500 liters. 
Each tank is equipped with an agitator and a mesh-plate filter bucket inside. 
The bottom of the tank is sloped for easy emptying.
 2.The pouring platform is equipped with ladders and guardrails. Except for some lightweight aluminum parts used in the pouring unit, the main structure and all product-contact parts are made of 304 stainless steel.
