Operating Procedures and Instructions

Power on the system and wait for automatic self-inspection. Ensure the roller conveyor runs smoothly, the display works normally, and no fault alarms appear.
Set standard weight, upper and lower tolerance limits on the control panel according to product requirements, then save the parameters and enter automatic working mode.
Place products gently on the roller conveyor; the conveyor will transport them steadily to the weighing area for automatic dynamic weighing.
The system collects weight data in real time and compares it with preset standards. Qualified products pass directly, while unqualified ones trigger alarm or automatic rejection.
After production, stop feeding products first, let the conveyor finish remaining items, then clear data and turn off the power.
Regularly check rollers, sensors and load cells, keep the weighing platform clean, and avoid heavy impact to maintain long-term accuracy.
