The Powder Sieving & Spheronizing Machine is vital for pharmaceutical, food, and fine chemical industries, combining two core functions.
Its sieving system filters raw powder to remove impurities and agglomerates, ensuring feedstock meets strict particle size standards. The spheronizing unit then shapes pre-treated particles into smooth spheres via controlled mechanical action, enhancing flowability, solubility, and consistency-critical for tableting, capsule filling, or granular packaging.
With adjustable mesh size and spheronizing speed, it adapts to diverse materials. Its easy-clean structure complies with GMP and food safety norms. Compact yet efficient, it streamlines production and ensures stable end-product quality for batch/continuous lines.

Mechanical Structure

• Frame: Standard section steel; Large plates: 6061 aluminum; Sheet metal: Stainless steel (cover plate thickness: 1.2mm)
• Drum: 304 stainless steel (Note: Hole punching is done at 1/3 of the drum length; hole diameter: customizable)
• Positioning wheels: 304 stainless steel + rubber coating (PP rubber coating material)
• Motor: Jingyan / Inverter: Delta / Switch buttons: Schneider / Bearings: SKF

Equipment Features

• Equipped with powder sieving, defective product sorting, and spheronizing functions; (sieving + sorting + spheronizing + mixing balls of different colors).
• Folded strips are added inside the drum, allowing materials to jump and roll 360° along the drum for better spheronizing effect.
• Sieving by rolling reduces scratch damage to balls caused by traditional bouncing sieving methods.
• The drum's sieving area is equipped with a dust-proof baffle and a discharge (defectives + powder) recovery port.
