Product Description

Stuffed popping boba is a common additive with fillings, often used in milk tea or other beverages. It consists of an outer elastic film, a middle filling layer, and an inner filling. Its core feature is that the outer layer is an edible gelatin film (e.g., one formed by sodium alginate and calcium lactate), while the inner part encloses fruit pieces or other ingredients (such as water chestnut, oat, coconut meat, red bean, highland barley, etc.).
This forming machine, developed by Changzhou Jinma Company, is the main equipment for producing stuffed popping boba. Marketed for years, it is mature, stable, and the preferred choice for popping boba production.

Equipment Composition

1.Popping Boba Pre-forming Machine: Spherical inner core powder balls enter the machine, fully mix with forming liquid, and undergo an initial reaction.

2.U-shaped Boiling Tank: Inner core ball materials conveyed from the pre-forming machine continue to react in the U-shaped tank; after full reaction, the inner core materials are wrapped by an outer film to form popping boba. The U-shaped boiling tank mainly consists of a speed-controlled screw, a boiling system, and a forming liquid circulation system.

3.Solid-Liquid Separation System: Adopting a mesh belt separation structure, finished popping boba after reaction in the U-shaped tank achieve solid-liquid separation through this equipment.

4.Cooking System: Using a jacketed structure, high-temperature steam is introduced inside to heat pure water for cooking popping boba. The outer layer of finished popping boba conveyed from the U-shaped tank remains raw; after cooking by this equipment, a transparent inner core wrapping liquid is formed.

5.Screening and Cleaning System: With a spiral drum structure, cooked finished products are cleaned and screened in this equipment to select products with qualified sizes.
