Product Description
The pearl and taro ball granulator is a specialized equipment for producing round granular foods such as tapioca pearls and taro balls.
It usually adopts spiral extrusion and rounding technology: first, it extrudes the dough into strips, cuts the strips into small sections, and then turns the sections into smooth and round granules through rolling friction. Equipped with an automatic powder sieving device, the machine can sift out excess dry powder, thereby improving the yield of finished products.
This equipment comes with various production capacities: small-sized machines can achieve an output of 20-50 kilograms per hour, while large-sized ones can reach 500-800 kilograms per hour. The produced tapioca pearls and taro balls have an attractive appearance, uniform specifications, and a chewy, elastic texture. Most of the machine is made of food-grade stainless steel, which meets hygiene standards, and it is durable and easy to clean.
The pearl and taro ball granulator is suitable for places such as dessert shops and food processing factories. It can effectively improve production efficiency and save labor costs, making it an ideal equipment for enterprises engaged in taro ball and tapioca pearl production.
Mechanical Structure
First is the feeding system, which consists of a food-grade stainless steel hopper and a screw conveyor. The hopper stores the taro ball dough, while the conveyor stably transports the raw material to the forming area through uniform rotation, preventing raw material agglomeration or uneven conveying.
Second is the extrusion forming system, equipped with a detachable die head. The die hole diameter can be adjusted according to requirements (6-12mm is common). Under the action of spiral pressure, the dough is extruded into uniform strips, ensuring consistent specifications for subsequent granulation.
Next is the granulating and rounding system, composed of a high-speed rotating cutter and a circular rounding disc. The cutter accurately cuts the strip-shaped raw material into sections, and the rounding disc rolls the small dough sections into smooth round granules through centrifugal force and friction, while removing excess powder from the surface.
The transmission system uses a motor as the power source, and drives the synchronous operation of various components through gear or belt transmission.
The control system is equipped with a touch panel, which can adjust parameters such as feeding speed and cutter frequency to realize automatic operation. The overall structure adopts a modular design, facilitating disassembly and cleaning, and conforming to food production hygiene standards.
