Product Description
The machine's outer shell and material contact parts of the feeding system are all made of 304 stainless steel. Among them, the cross-shaped blades and perforated plates are crafted from 42CrMo material, which has higher hardness, ensuring long service life. The perforated plates come standard with two sizes: 3mm and 5mm, while other sizes can be customized on request.
Equipped with an 11kW high-power motor, the machine delivers strong mincing force without meat jamming. It is commonly used for mincing frozen meat that has been pre-processed into small pieces or slices. With an output capacity of up to 1 ton per hour, it is suitable for medium to large-scale workshops or factories.
In addition to mincing frozen meat, the machine can also be used for mashing pumpkin, egg yolks, and other fruits and vegetables. It features a large feeding hopper for easy material feeding and can be combined with an elevator to form a production line. It boasts strong power and excellent durability.
The entire auger, perforated plates, cross-shaped blades, and other components of the equipment can be disassembled by hand. This allows for thorough cleaning without dirt residue, meeting the requirements of food production and processing.
Mechanical Structure
- The entire machine is made of stainless steel, with sealing rubber strips installed around it, and the electrical box is independently mounted.
- Equipped with a discharge auger and a feeding auger; the discharge auger supports frequency conversion for adjustable speed, enabling more convenient discharging.
- Two blades and 3 mesh plates are installed on the discharge auger. Both the blade set and mesh plates are custom-made specifically from stainless steel, meeting food-grade standards.
- An optional high-power motor is available, which delivers strong power and specifically solves the problems of taro paste stickiness and slow material discharge.
