Mechanical Structure

1. Feeding System
   Composed of a food-grade stainless steel hopper and a screw conveyor. The hopper is responsible for storing taro ball dough, while the screw conveyor stably transports raw materials to the forming area through uniform rotation, effectively preventing raw material agglomeration and uneven conveying.
2. Extrusion Molding System
   Equipped with a detachable die head, whose aperture can be flexibly adjusted according to production needs (with common specifications ranging from 6mm to 12mm). Under the action of screw pressure, the dough is extruded into uniform strips, ensuring the consistency of subsequent granulation specifications.
3. Powder Sprinkling Mechanism
   The surface of freshly extruded dough strips is prone to sticking. This mechanism isolates and coats the strips by sprinkling powder, avoiding material adhesion during subsequent processing.
4. Cutting System
   Adopting a reciprocating cutter design, the length of taro ball particles can be determined by precisely controlling the operation time of the cutter.
5. Transmission and Control Systems
   Transmission System: Takes a motor as the core power source, and drives the synchronous operation of all system components through a gear or belt transmission structure.
   Control System: Equipped with a touch operation panel, which allows flexible adjustment of key parameters such as feeding speed and cutter frequency to realize automatic operation of the equipment.
