The carton sealing machine is a commonly used packaging machine that uses BOPP instant adhesive tape (also called sealing tape) to seal cartons. It can seal the upper and lower sides at the same time. The packaging is fast, efficient and beautiful.
Equipment composition:
The carton sealing machine usually looks like a vertical machine, consisting of a base, a conveyor, a sealing device and other components. The working process of the entire equipment can be divided into three main steps: carton feeding, carton sealing and discharging. 1. Adjust the relative height of the carton sealing machine operating table. First, loosen the tripod clamping screw on the inside of the tripod, drag out the tripod adjustment frame according to your desired height, and then tighten the tripod clamping screw to make the height of the machine's console meet your needs.
2. Place the box into the conveyor belt of the carton sealing machine. Note that the length of the box is approximately one third of the box. Then, according to the size of the box, swing the rocking handle straight, move the lifting frame, and adjust the relative height of the upper movement so that the upper movement lowers and touches the box.
3. Adjust the position of the guide wheel to make the box cover tight. First, loosen the handwheel, push the guide wheel frame to make the guide wheels close to both sides of the box, and then lock the handwheel to ensure that the box cover is tight.
4. Adjust the position of the conveyor belt horizontally. Shake the horizontal rocking handle to bring the conveyor belts together to clamp the boxes. Then take out the box and shake the handle to move the conveyor belt closer to ensure the correct position of the conveyor belt.
5. Install the tape reel. Install the tape reels on the tape holders of the upper and lower movements respectively according to the instructions in the instruction manual. Then adjust the direction of the tape so that its adhesive surface faces the direction of the box entry, and finally confirm the location and direction of the tape.
6. Press the power switch and push the box in. The box will advance along with the conveyor belt and will automatically complete the up and down sealing and tape cutting actions of the carton through the linked sealing mechanism.
