This equipment is an important part of the industrial food assembly line. During production, the flowing high-temperature 80°C-90°C pure water is used to cook food. Semi-finished products are pre-cooked and sterilized in this equipment. The spiral pre-cooking machine is composed of a U-shaped groove, a spiral, a steam explosion device, a tubular heat exchanger and a reduction motor drive. Ripening and sterilization while ensuring the product is not damaged. The speed adjustment screw in the machine can adjust the speed according to different foods to ensure the pre-cooking time of the food and the output of the entire flow operation. The whole machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel, which is easy to clean, has a low failure rate and is easy to maintain.
