The fully automatic round bottle labeling machine is suitable for labeling the circumferential surface and neck of round bottles. It can label single or double labels on the bottle body. The distance between the front and back double labels can be flexibly adjusted. In addition, it can be positioned to label the neck. It is widely used in Tinplate cans, pre-mixed wine, cocktails, beer, ice wine and other industries.

Equipment composition:
1. Unwinding wheel: It is a passive wheel, used to place roll labels. Usually equipped with a friction braking device with adjustable friction, the purpose is to control the speed and tension of the drum and maintain smooth paper feeding.
2. Buffer wheel: It is connected to the spring and can swing back and forth. The purpose is to absorb the tension of the roll material when the device is started, keep the material in contact with each roller, and prevent the material from breaking.
3. Guide roller: It consists of upper and lower parts, which play the role of guiding and positioning the roll material.
4. Driving roller: It consists of a set of active friction wheels, usually one is a rubber roller and the other is a metal roller, between which the base paper passes. Its function is to drive the roll material to achieve normal labeling.
5. Rewinding wheel: It is a driving wheel with a friction transmission device. Its function is to rewind the bottom paper after labeling. The rotation of the take-up wheel does not interfere with the paper handling of the drive wheel, and the synchronous transmission is adjusted by a friction device.
6. Peeling board: There is an angle (generally less than 30°) from one end of the board. The purpose is to make the label easy to release the label and separate from the bottom paper when the bottom paper changes direction through the peeling board, so as to achieve contact with the labeling object.
7. Labeling roller: Apply the label separated from the bottom paper evenly and flatly to the items to be attached.

7. Simple adjustment: Labeling speed, conveying speed, and bottle dividing speed can be adjusted steplessly and adjusted as needed.
